Are all your products really authentic?
Yes, we will only sell authentic merchandise and only purchase from either the manufacturer or established reputable sources. We guarantee authenticity, so you can shop with confidence.

Are you a distributor or dropshipper?
No, we are neither and we are not wholesalers.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex through PayPal which is safe, secure and easy to use. You do not need an account with PayPal and it does not cost you anything to use them.
 

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. Our site uses Verisign, a secure payment system using the latest SSL 128 bit encryption technology.

What currency do you accept for payment?
We only accept US Currency.

How do I know if my order was received?
Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive an email confirming the order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours Mon-Fri. Orders which are placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Actual delivery times could vary, usually between 2-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I return an item for a refund?
We strive to bring you great authentic designer merchandise at the best possible value. In order for us to do this we are not able to take returns so all sales will be final.

Do you sell your mailing list?
No. Personal information received is strictly private. We do not sell or give your info to any third party.

Can I make a purchase by phone or fax?
Sorry, not at this time.

If an item is "out of stock" will you be getting it in again?
Sometimes we do but their is no guarantee so if you see something you like, you might want to purchase it then.

How would I contact you?

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
If you wish to ship an order to an address other than your billing address, simply notify your credit card company and ask them to add an alternate address prior to placing your order.
